“Protostar Twilight” a New Title from hololive Derivative Game Brand “holo Indie”has Been Released


COVER Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Motoaki Tanigo) subsidiary CCMC Corp. (hereinafter “CCMC”) has announced that the game title “Protostar Twilight” released under the hololive derivative game brand “holo Indie,” is now available for play.

(The following introduction of the game contents will be the same as the press release at the time of the information release.)

■Holostars English’s first indie title goes on playable today.

Protostar twilight is a fan-made HoloStars EN SRPG inspired by Fire Emblem.This game includes art entirely made by our extremely talented team, enticing battles, a completely original story, music, and items.

Story
Who would have thought a simple letter from a “friend” would lead Tempus to their next great adventure? Not Regis Altare, leader of Guild Tempus, for sure.

Stumbling into the hands of a man simply known as “The Necromancer”, Tempus finds themselves in a world of crystals and doom looming around every corner. As they traverse the maze of their captor, they begin to unravel a past long since lost to history.

Who is “The Necromancer”? What does he truly want from Tempus? Will these adventurer’s be able to escape his plans and see the light of day together again?

“Hi, FelixWuff here; Project leader of Tactical Elysium. Back in 2022, shortly after the debut of TEMPUS, I already had the idea that ‘they oddly fit as a SRPG characters.’ But I was too intimidated to start a project like this on my own. I had no game development experience, just some dabbling with RPG Maker here and there, but nothing too serious. In June, after seeing a birthday game made for Shinri, I was inspired: ‘I want to do that too. I want to make the SRGP game.’ So, I decided to ask on X if anyone would be interested. Tempura really are passionate because, in less than a few days, I had over 80 very excited Tempuras eager to help with this big task. We are all so thankful for Holostars EN and the hard work they do every day for us, so we all wanted to give something back! And why not do it with an RPG game? A big story about an adventure that makes each Talent’s individual lore and personality shine bright. It was very difficult to learn so much in such a short time, but teamwork and skill brought it all together. I am eternally thankful to Holostars EN for allowing me to meet so many incredibly talented and passionate people. I want to continue making games to grow and give back to the community.
