From “holo Indie,”Notice Regarding the Transition Period for New Game Submissions Following Changes to the Game Review System

CCMC Corporation (CCMC) announces that under its hololive Production derivative game brand “holo Indie,” changes will be made to the game review system, scheduled for implementation in the spring of 2026.

During the transition period to the new operational structure, the current submission form for new titles on the CCMC official website will be temporarily suspended.

At present, holo Indie has been receiving an exceptionally high number of derivative game submissions related to hololive Production from creators.

In order to optimize the review and support structure for the works currently under consideration and to further improve our services moving forward, we have decided to conduct a major revision of our review system.

Accordingly, during the preparation period for the new structure, the “holo Indie” title submission page on the CCMC official website will be temporarily unavailable.

■ Transition Period

February 26, 2026 (Thursday) – Spring 2026 (Planned Reopening)

We are currently working toward resuming submissions around April to May 2026. Once the schedule is finalized, an official announcement will be made via our website and official social media channels.

For works that have already been submitted, reviews are being conducted sequentially, and creators will be contacted accordingly.

■ Background of the System Changes

holo Indie aims to co-create new forms of entertainment and community together with creators.

However, submissions have been received at a pace that significantly exceeds initial expectations.

In order to provide more appropriate reviews and feedback for each individual work, we have determined that a comprehensive revision of the review system is necessary, leading to the decision to temporarily suspend new submissions.
