The title will be released under holo Indie, the hololive production derivative works game brand operated by CCMC, and is scheduled to launch for free on Steam on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM (JST).

HoloTrials: Case Covered is a fan-made mystery visual novel featuring talents from hololive English -Myth- and -Council/Promise-. Set in an alternate universe where the talents are reimagined as high school students, the game features courtroom debates in a visual novel format.

When a sudden incident disrupts their peaceful school life, players take on the role of student detective Amelia Watson to investigate the scene, question suspects, gather evidence, and solve the mystery. Enjoy a compelling gameplay experience that combines exploration, evidence gathering, and intense debates!

Welcome to HoloHigh, a prestigious academy currently entangled in an escalating campus-wide rivalry. The conflict is split between two opposing factions: HoloMyth, a chaotic group of rebellious second-years, and HoloCouncil, a strict force of disciplined first-years appointed by the school to enforce the rules and keep Myth in check.

The rivalry reaches a boiling point when a mysterious incident occurs on school grounds. With Gawr Gura identified as the primary suspect, student detective Amelia Watson steps in to find the truth. She must navigate the tension between both factions, question suspects and witnesses, and piece together the timeline to save her best friend from suspension.
